Nose Filler Injection (Liquid rhinoplasty) - Expert dermal filler clinic sydney

Liquid Rhinoplasty or Nose Filler injection provides a non-surgical method for reshaping the nose. This technique can be employed to lift the tip, raise the bridge, straighten the nose, lengthen the nose, or a combination of these adjustments.

The Structured Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty technique, developed by Dr. Peter Kim, yields results akin to surgical rhinoplasty.

Below are some examples showcasing what can be achieved with Liquid Rhinoplasty using the Structured Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty technique:

Comprehnsive improvement of tip and the bridge.

Why is Structured Cosmetic Dermal Filler Essential for Optimal Results? Because it Lifts.

Structured cosmetic injections of dermal fillers offer unique benefits that contribute to achieving the desired aesthetic outcomes. By injecting fillers in a structured or organised manner, practitioners can leverage their vector properties, effectively lifting the skin in specific directions. This approach goes beyond merely filling the skin and introduces an element of lifting, resulting in a more comprehensive rejuvenation.

Years of clinical research support the effectiveness of this technique. In a groundbreaking paper published in 2002, Dr Peter Kim demonstrated that structured filler injections can predictably lift the skin according to the injector’s intention. For instance, when dermal fillers are strategically injected into the nose, it is possible to reshape the entire nose, enhancing its appearance from the tip to the bridge, and achieving a more aesthetically pleasing shape.

The question is in what sequence do you inject the filler and to what degrees do you lift the skin? This is where Dr Peter Kim’s Know-How is important and may be useful to you.

The principles of structured dermal filler injections are not limited to nose reshaping alone. It is useful in all dermal filler injections, if you wish to lift the skin.

Through our research, we have shown that this approach can also be successfully applied to other facial areas. For example, by employing structured dermal filler injections, we can lift different parts of the chin, creating various shapes and contours to achieve comprehensive chin reshaping and lifting.

Moreover, our studies have demonstrated that structured dermal filler injections can restore volume and lift various regions of the face. Our innovative technique, known as the structured liquid facelift, goes beyond mere volumisation, actually lifting the face and contributing to a more youthful appearance.

To summarise, structured dermal filler injection provide the following key advantages:

  1. Facial Rejuvenation: By lifting the face as well as restoring the volume.

  2. Nose Reshaping: Structured filler injections can comprehensively reshape and lift the nose.

  3. Chin Reshaping: Structured filler injections offer comprehensive chin reshaping and lifting, allowing for customised results.

  4. Customisable Results: The structured approach allows practitioners to achieve precise and customisable lifting based on individual patient needs and desired aesthetics.

Incorporating structured techniques in dermal filler injections maximises the potential for facial enhancement, offering patients the opportunity to achieve their desired look with optimal lifting.

This is the technique that Dr Peter Kim published in the prestigious journal of Aesthetic Surgery in 2010.

Abstract

The Asian nose is characterized by a flat nasal bridge, indistinct dorsal aesthetic line, an underprojected and broad nasal tip, and a short columella. Cosmetic procedures to enhance these features are popular in Asians and surgical rhinoplasty is the therapeutic gold standard for individuals seeking to enhance the appearance of their nose. However, in recent years, there appears to be an increasing number of Asians seeking nonsurgical rhinoplasty and this tendency is seen in both primary and revision cases. The biggest strength of filler rhinoplasty is that it is minimally invasive, has a good safety record, provides immediately visible results, and can be done conveniently in the office setting without the downtime of surgery. Despite its temporary longevity, it is popular because it is simple, effective, and economical. This article describes a “structured” nonsurgical Asian rhinoplasty approach using dermal fillers that can produce a comprehensive cosmetic enhancement of the Asian nose.

This is the paper Dr Peter Kim published in the prestigious Journal of American Cosmetic Surgery.

The paper describes a technqiue of treating hyaluronic acid filler complication of the nose using hyalase injections. It also describes the precautions one need to take in order to mitigate from complications.

Abstract.

Repeated hyaluronic acid (HA) filler rhinoplasty can produce “bottoming out” effect. This effect produces cosmetically displeasing widening of the dorsal aesthetic line. This article demonstrates use of Hyalase to recreate a cosmetically satisfying dorsal aesthetic line.

If you had filler injection and are unhappy with the result, please arrange a consultation with Dr Peter Kim for a second opinion.

Dermal filler is a biocompatible gel that can be injected under the skin to lift it.

By injecting it under the skin in the nose, it can reshape it.

There is a special technique called Structured Non Surgical Rhinoplasty technqiue. This is the technique that was developed by Dr Peter Kim and published as an innovative technique in the Journal of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery in 2002.

Thousands of doctors have learnt this technqiue and are using it in Australia and abroad. It is a unique technique of injecting the filler in the nose so that the nose can be lifted in a strucutred manner to produce cosmetically satisfying nose shape.

The injection generally lasts 6-9 months first time and longer with subequent injections.

Nose filler injections is safe if it is injected by experienced injector when the precautions have been taken.

Complications are reported and they can include rare event of blindness and vascular event.

In an event of complications, the filler can be dissolved with Hyalase injection.
